I can't Print From the POS. NOTHING IS PRINTING!

1.) First thing to check is to make sure the USB Cables on the back of the printers are secure.
2.) Please Click on System in the very TOP menu bar, then click on Administrator, then Click on Printing.
If you see PR0 then you will need to submit a ticket so Magstar can check settings. IF you DO NOT see PR0 in the new box, and you have a STAR printing. Right Click on the Star143 ICON and click on Copy.
Then in the white space Right click and PUSH ON PASTE. It will presenrt a new box for the PRINTER NAME. Type in the box in LOWER case pr0 (pr/ZERO not the letter o)
Then it will ask for a password. Type in MAGSTAR in lower case letter and push ok.
Then close all the windows, and log back in to the POS Application and try to print the last receipt.
If it Prints you have completed the setup and you can continue on with your day.
